Frank Quinlan has been appointed as the new CEO of the Mental Health Council of Australia, the peak NGO representing the mental health sector in Australia. “The MHCA Board is delighted to announce the appointment of Frank Quinlan as the new CEO . He has an outstanding record of advancing, advocating and promoting areas of social service and policy”, said MHCA Chair, the Hon Rob Knowles.
